BURRATA & BASIL GAZPACHO

Ingredients

  • 9 oz (250g) Buffalo Burrata (Burrata di Bufala)
  • ½ bunch Fresh Basil
  • 3.5 fl oz (100ml) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp (5g) Black Pepper
  • 34 fl oz (1L) Alvalle Original Gazpacho

How to do it

Alvalle Gazpacho elevated with pieces of creamy buffalo burrata. Finished with a drizzle of premium extra virgin olive oil, a twist of freshly ground black pepper, and a few leaves of fresh basil to complete the presentation.
  1. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems and store them in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Pour the well-chilled Alvalle Gazpacho into your serving bowls.
  3. Top with pieces of fresh buffalo burrata.
  4. FINISHING TOUCH: Add a drizzle of premium olive oil, a twist of freshly ground black pepper, and a few small, fresh basil leaves.
