ALVALLE GAZPACHO SPREAD & DIP

Ingredients

  • 21 oz (600g) Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp (40g) Dijon Mustard
  • 4 tsp (20ml) Rice Vinegar
  • 12 fl oz (350ml) Alvalle Original Gazpacho

How to do it

Alvalle Original Gazpacho blends with creamy cream cheese to create a colorful, multi-purpose spread. Perfect for cold sandwiches, as an appetizer on toasted bread or with breadsticks, or as a flavorful addition to burgers and hot dogs. It can also be used to elegantly garnish both hot and cold plates, or lightly thinned out to become a savory salad dressing.
  1. Vigorously whisk the Dijon mustard and rice vinegar together (this can also be done using an electric mixer).
  2. Add the cream cheese and blend until smooth and pliable.
  3. Gradually pour in the Alvalle Gazpacho, mixing until the texture is completely smooth and uniform. Transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator.
