Alvalle Original Gazpacho blends with creamy cream cheese to create a colorful, multi-purpose spread. Perfect for cold sandwiches, as an appetizer on toasted bread or with breadsticks, or as a flavorful addition to burgers and hot dogs. It can also be used to elegantly garnish both hot and cold plates, or lightly thinned out to become a savory salad dressing.
- Vigorously whisk the Dijon mustard and rice vinegar together (this can also be done using an electric mixer).
- Add the cream cheese and blend until smooth and pliable.
- Gradually pour in the Alvalle Gazpacho, mixing until the texture is completely smooth and uniform. Transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator.
