         Looking for a veggie side dish idea to enjoy our Gazpacho Alvalle? Nothing better than a home-made vegetable pâté full of flavour. It's easy and you can prepare it the day before so that, when you feel hungry, you just need to open a carton of our Gazpacho and enjoy the meal.
         
      
      
      
    - Soak the cashews and set aside Stir fry the garlic with the parsley. 
 
    - Add the cut mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook. 
 
    - Once it is cooked, mix them with the juice of half a lemon and the already soaked cashews. 
 
    - Beat the mix until you get the right consistency. 
 
    - Lay the pâté on top of the rye bread and decorate it with coriander. 
 
    - Serve the Gazpacho Alvalle on the side: there you have a complete vegetarian menu!
